This business is an international logistics provider, located at the Auckland Airport. They are the provider handling the import and export of products by Air and Ocean logistics, Event Logistics, Third-Party Logistics and Customer Brokerage. They are a tight-knit team looking for the right person to join them to contribute and add value to the company. About the function: The right candidate will be looking for a full-time permanent function. You will have practice with Freight Forwarding, a team player and have excellent communication expertise. In this function you will assist in all the facets of the day-to-day operations within the Export Airfreight department. Your function will also involve data entry, liaising with clients, overseas agents, and airlines, paring all export documentations, and preparing and obtaining rates for clients. Requirements and practice: » Excellent communication expertise and work ethic » Able to work in high pressured situations » High level of computer expertise- especially excel and word » practice using EDI/Cargowise operating system » practice using E-cert system » A clean driver’s license » A customs pin would be of benefit but not essential » Candidates must be fully vaccinated prosperous candidates will be required to undergo a Ministry of Justice criminal record check.
