About the function We are pursuing a passionate and innovative Senior User practice Designer to play an integral part in our practice Design team. You will lead efforts to design and define the interactions and interfaces that will engage our customers and transform user and business needs. You will work closely with Service Design and the wider integrated design team to understand the needs of our staff and our customers. This includes user research and testing to understand business needs, problems and opportunities.
