This is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to play a leading function in connecting arts and cultural organisations in the District and to co-ordinate for the benefit of the sector as a whole. The function
As Chief Executive agent you will be the face and advocate of the Three Lakes Cultural Trust and raise the profile, consciousness, and visibility for the Trust by using your strong connections and relationships to local and national government and arts and culture bodies. You will be asked to contribute and have a seat at the table when local, regional, and national arts and culture strategies are being developed and considered while also ensuring that te ao M?ori and mana whenua is reflected in all that we do.
expertise and practice
Reporting to the Board of Trustees you will need to be a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and relationship building expertise to engage effectively at all levels. To succeed in this function, you will be an practiced leader with strong financial resilience and expertise to develop a sustainable funding model for the Trust. You must have a strong background in grant writing and fundraising.
