We are pursuing a Manager Client Service Delivery to join our Rotorua Community Link leadership abilities team, reporting to the Regional Director.
You will be responsible for leadership abilities and operational management through the development and maintenance of a high-performance people centric team that delivers high quality services to clients. Meeting current and future expectations and demand for services, contributing to MSD values, strategic priorities, and results is essential to success in this function.
You'll lead by example and model MSD's values and our people centric culture and your inclusive leadership abilities style will promote diversity and enhance decision making in the service centre.
Accountable for all operational services and products delivered through the Service Centre, you'll plan, delegate and maintain oversight of workflows and results. Leading and communicating change in a clear, positive, and engaging way is also a key part of this function including championing continuous improvement of our services and inspiring others to embrace them.
Establishing credible and enduring relationships with key government, non-government stakeholders and community partners as well as internal Ministry staff is a key requirement of the position. This means our ideal candidate needs to be an effective communicator who has sound practice in engaging with our various stakeholders and is comfortable operating at a senior level. An knowledge and appreciation of cross-cultural issues and concerns, and knowledge of tikanga M?ori, and Pacific peoples' culture is key.
As part of the leadership abilities team, you will bring a fresh perspective and innovative ideas that help deliver on the Ministry's strategic objectives and drive the unit's continuing change agenda. Your initiative and personal resolve to deliver results will be a noticeable contribution in meeting our collective goals.
Key requirements for the function include:
   » The capability to work with ambiguity and to move quickly in a dynamic environment.
   » practiced in leadership abilities and development of a high performing team.
   » Strategically influencing and managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders for the betterment of communities and whanau.
   » Proven capability to manage risk and change.
   » The capacity to work with ambiguity, act swiftly in a dynamic environment, apply significant legislation, policies, and practices and manage risk and change in a complex Service Delivery ecosystem.
Due to portfolio coverage of the Bay of Plenty region, a availability to travel to fulfil job requirements and a current full New Zealand licence without restrictions is required.
Remuneration for this function is applied against band MSS05. the starting income is from $100,014.00 to $125,018.00. Application along this income scale is dependent on significant management practice and relativity within the cohort of other managers.
