We are seeking a customer service focused administration professional to assist our client, a national practice manager, in a reception role. This role requires good phone etiquette, high levels of attention to detail and a respect for sensitivity and confidentiality.

A range of ad hoc duties will be included in this assignment:
   » Providing first line responses to all incoming calls, as well as making out-bound calls.
   » Supporting the clinic team through various administrative duties including maintenance of the Patient Management System.
   » Responding to patient feedback constructively to improve processes in collaboration with the booking team.
   » Providing reception/meet and greet requirements of the clinic.
   » Attending all professional development and training as required to improve outcomes for patients.
   » Processing stock ordering and fulfilment in the clinic, as well as ensuring stock take is processed accurately.

To be successful in an Administration role, you will need:
   » 1-2 years+ proven administration or reception experience, specifically in the medical or clinical setting.
   » Strong communication and interpersonal skills
   » To be well presented
   » To be flexible and adaptable
   » To be a team player as well as the ability to work on your own
   » Sound computer literacy and experience using patient management systems
   » Ability to commit to at least 3 months of full-time work.
