If you are looking for a part-time position, this could be the perfect job for you.
As a partner in the CAPEs consortium, The University has responsibility for leading evidence-located programmes and initiatives across two main portfolio areas: Education and M?ori Initiatives.
The position will manage the already established projects and be a key contributor as part of an established University of Waikato CAPEs team to ensure that policies, procedures and processes across all areas of operation are integrated and significant to ensuring the success of the Centres.

You will have significant practice managing and leading projects or programmes of work from initiation to completion. You will also have highly developed interpersonal expertise, with the capability to easily and effectively establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. practice with the development of business cases, financial management processes and budget maintenance will be essential as will the capability to use ICT to achieve desired results.
You will have a tertiary qualification in a significant field or significant work practice, attention to detail, the capability to add value to strategies, capability to meet tight deadlines, and possess sound analytical and facilitation expertise. Knowledge of the education sector in New Zealand and/or the regions that are involved will be an advantage.

income will be in the range of $74,802 to $86,268 per year, pro rata, depending on qualifications, expertise and practice.

The position is part-time, an immediate start, 18.75 hours a week and fixed term until June 2023.
