About the opportunity: We are seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our North West Auckland branch to work alongside the team to deliver on client requirements. You will be responsible for providing the best care to our clients and candidates alike. You will be tasked with conducting effective job briefings and needs analysis with clients to match them with the best possible talent for their requirements, be it temporary or long-term. The role will also involve making sure our people are safe and happy on client sites and being their 'go to' for anything they need. For anyone joining the business, you will be providing fast and efficient customer service. Previous recruitment experience would be well regarded, however not essential. Prior experience in the warehousing/logistics or manufacturing/production background would hold you in good stead.
