About the Employer :
My client is a leader in its industry who specialise in the design of office luxurious spaces, with this office being the show room. They have an amazing culture and are looking for a someone likeminded to join the team. This company have studios across NZ and this person will be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly.
 
About the function:
You will be responsible for ensuring the office space is maintained to the highest stranded as well as identifying and implementing improvements for the systems and processes.
 
Your tasks will also require:
   »  Management of meeting rooms
   »  Data base management
   »  Organisation of office meetings and events
   »  General office management tasks
   »  Organisation of travel for staff members
 
About you:
   »  You will have previous office management and receptionist work
   »  Excellent communication expertise, both written and verbal
   »  Comfortable working in a corporate environment
   »  Enjoy working in a social and fun team
