About the function This is a busy and varied customer service function, where you will be very central to the goings on of the business, so if you love to be involved and always know what’s going on, this is the function for you! You will be dealing with the manufacturing side of operations as well as dealing with the companies’ customers and clients. This means you will be dealing with suppliers as well as providing customer service and sales support. Your tasks may include: » Following up on orders » Dealing with suppliers » Handling complaints » Responding to general queries » Providing technical information » Other General tasks The function can start at either 7am to 8am depending on your preference and is Monday to Friday. Free parking on site.
