The function

this function sits within the Strategy & Performance team and will require contributing to various business management and advisory functions such managing information requests and coordinating departmental planning and performance reporting activities. The Senior Advisor will work closely with the Director and Principal Advisors to collate reports for external parties and provide advice to business teams. Get hands-on practice in leading important mahi that helps to tell the story of how well we are performing for New Zealand. The Strategy & Performance team provide direction, oversight and leadership abilities across the company around risk assurance, project governance, legal services and strategic planning.

About you

this function will suit an practiced advisor or senior advisor with generalist expertise, who has practice in operating as a reporting or performance advisor or in a similar function. You are an organisational guru and can keep track of where various requests and mahi are at any given time. You’re proactive and exercise good judgement and are a people person who can build positive relationships with others located on respect and trust.

You will also need the below expertise and practice:

• practice in drafting and reviewing written material, strategic & business planning
• practice with performance monitoring & reporting
• An knowledge of accountcapability documents
• Excellent relationship management expertise, including influencing expertise
• Strong analytical expertise and capability to think strategically
• Strong project management and organisational expertise
