About the job » The Manager Business Analysis Practice leads and manages the delivery of business analysis services and is accountable for the effective utilisation and management of all resources. » The manager has 3 direct reports, each manage a team of 10-15 analysts » They lead the teams in implementing best practice in business analysis, building the capcapability to deliver the right value to the business using approaches that increase responsiveness and flexibility without compromising standards. expertise required: » leadership abilities practice with a high achieving team, motivating and lifting team practice and performance » A strong base of practice in business engagement, and proven capability to increase team flexibility and responsiveness to business needs.
