About the role: You will be supported by the leading hands, and other senior staff on-site, to carry out heavy equipment operator tasks onsite. » Operate heavy equipment that you are trained on and competent with. Including, but not limited to; » » Excavators » GPS Bulldozers » Compactors » Dump Trucks » Maintain equipment used; » » Check oil and fuel » Pre-start equipment checks » Perform labouring duties as required by senior staff » Maintain a clean and Health and Safety focused worksite Requirements: » Full Class 1 Drivers License » WTR Endorsement » Two years of relevant experience » Own transport » Be physically fit and able » Have a fantastic attitude and strong drive to learn new skills and excel at tasks » Right to live and work in New Zealand » Good command of the English language » Able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests and ongoing random testing Benefits: » Full-time permanent contract » 40 hours minimum guaranteed » Apprenticeship opportunities available » PPE and uniform provided » Great team environment What Next?
