We are pursuing an Exhibitions Production Manager to join the team here at MOTAT bringing our exhibitions to life. As Production Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the build and installation of exhibitions across MOTAT. You will combine hands-on building expertise with meticulous planning, an eye for detail, the capability to lead a small team and to collaborate well with others. This is an exciting time to join our team as we embark on some major new projects. Key requirements of this function include: » Thinking creatively and helping devise practical solutions for exhibition builds. » Managing the team of Exhibition Technicians, including day to-day task allocation and supervision, performance management and skill development. » Create production, installation, demount and maintenance plans. » Source, assess and manage specialist contractors. » Advise on audio visual hardware, and lighting elements. » Develop and manage the workshop spaces » Manage connected budgets.
