The function of Te Rarawa Anga Mua is to support the intergenerational development of Te Rarawa wh?nau, hap?, marae and iwi with a focus on social, environmental, cultural and economic wellbeing. We are seeking for an exceptional and practiced General Manager to be the driver of Te Rarawa Anga Mua in order to move our business into a new era of development. The purpose of this function is to provide operational management in support of the Boards strategic oversight. You must be an practiced Senior Manager who is comfortable in reporting to the Board, is proactive, displays initiative and is solutions-focussed, is prepared to make hard decisions and recommend opportunities for improvement. You will have great foresight and business acumen and the capability to create new opportunities, great management practises, expertise and qualifications appropriate for this position. candidates will need to have proven social development knowledge and an knowledge of best practice models in a tikanga M?ori framework. You will have accumulated strategic relationships in your career, be a creative networker to influence and support the vision, mission and long term goals for Te Rarawa Iwi. You should be motivated, inspiring and an empowering, natural leader who will handle a range of strategic relationships and engage effectively with key stakeholders.
