Te Tuhi is seeking a full-time Development Manager for Papat?nga, its newArtist Development Programme at O Wairoa Marae.
The person We are seeking for will be creative and innovative and a warm and engaging communicator with the capability to work collegially with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Papat?nga is a platform for learning located at O Wairoa Marae. With funded projects as the starting point, participants use action-located research as the method of learning. A wider programme of networking opportunities and learning events in Papat?anga are open to all.
The Development Manager will work with the participants and Programme Facilitator to co-design and engage in a wider programme of networking opportunities and learning events offered through Papat?nga.
This fixed-term function covers all aspects of the programme including facilitating, planning, developing, delivering, evaluating, communications and reporting.
