Te t?nga | The function
this function is a key part of the Collections Service Line in Technology Services at Stats NZ. These teams support the technology systems used to collect data from people and organisations. We use many different technology platforms and framework such as Salesforce, SilverStripe, Blaise, APIs, Azure technologies and all the products needed to keep them secure.
Critical to our success and the value we deliver are our Service Portfolio Managers. The Service Portfolio Managers are a dedicated, passionate bunch of people – highly practiced and skilled in a portfolio of work focused on delivering excellence for our customers. Service Portfolio Manager’s are people focused working across Stats NZ to understand business problems, collaborate with stakeholders, and shape and deliver work.
The Service Assurance Consultant needs to be excellent at communicating complex technical work to non-technical audiences. Being good at wrangling people, diplomacy and keeping track of multiple work streams are critical to being prosperous in this function.
this function is permanent, located in the Wellington region, and reports to the Senior Manager Technology.
