Silo is seeking a Programme Manager to join our small and dynamic team.
This is a great opportunity for an early-to-mid career practitioner to gain a range of project delivery, strategic, operational and administrative practice, with potential to make a significant mark on the company.
candidates don't need to have practice in every aspect of the position - we are equally interested in hearing from high potential individuals who are passionate about theatre, about Silo and a availability to learn.
Silo commissions, develops and produces contemporary theatre with the very best artists in Aotearoa. As part of a small dynamic team, all functions within the company provide unique opportunities to be close to the creation and delivery process, with the capability to flex their expertise, creativity and strategic thinking.

Summary
The Programme Manager plays an integral function supporting across all areas of the company. This includes the coordination and delivery of Silo's productions, artistic development initiatives, community engagement, patron communication and engagement, strategic initiatives/projects, subject to:
   »
the direction of the Executive Director and Artistic Director; and
   »
a commitment to the Silo vision, mission and values.
Key responsibilities include:
   »
Programme delivery support: providing operational and administrative support in the delivery of Silo's suite of activities including: productions, artistic development initiatives, community engagement, patron programme and strategic projects;
   »
Event support: including opening nights, community out-reach activity (including schools programmes), development events, and auxiliary events for Silo Patrons and Sponsors
   »
Ticketing: supervise ticketing requirements to ensure the smooth running of Silo activities and ensure excellent audience practice
   »
Operational and admin assistance: working alongside the leadership abilities team to provide support across the organisation
About You
The Programme Manager is self-motivated with the capability to demonstrate brilliant initiative with care and a capacity to think critically and strategically. The prosperous candidate will have excellent communication and relationship building expertise, be flexible, adaptable and have a love for the arts. This is a busy function providing essential support within a dynamic small team where collaboration is highly valued.

This is a full-time permanent position located in T?maki Makaurau with a flexible start date. We're also open to discussing flexible hours for a transition period. Remuneration is between 65-70k p.a., depending on practice.
