Key Responsibilities/Duties: » Pack & Stack Yeast blocks » Machine operation » Trouble shoot and problem solve. » Adhere to all HSE policies, procedures. » Use resources efficiently, minimize environmental impact, and dispose of waste properly. Skills and Qualifications: » Full Class 1 NZ driver's license - required. » Current forklift license - preferred. » Hold basic first aid certification - preferred. » Minimum 2 years' experience in food manufacturing. » Excellent verbal and written communication skills. General: » 4 x 10hour shifts - Mon to Thurs 7am - 5pm » Fulfill other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor. » Work overtime as required. » Attend courses to facilitate personal growth. Professional Skills & Experience: » Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel basics. Personal Attributes: » Proactive, willing to learn, and a proven team player. » Practical thinker with good reasoning ability and initiative. » Reliable, adaptable, mechanically minded, and physically fit for manual work.
