Offer: Lecturer – Early Childhood Education:Maori Pacific JobsJob description:Job DescriptionThe School of Education Te Kura M?tauranga in the Faculty of Culture and Society, Auckland University of Technology, is a leading provider of education programmes at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.We are pursuing applications for a suitably qualified lecturer to support our Early Childhood Education courses offered at our Akoranga, City and Manukau campuses. candidates should have significant professional practice and should state their practice and strengths in the implementation of Te Wh?riki and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Current teacher registration with the New Zealand Teaching Council is a requirement as the prosperous applicant will be expected to visit and assess student teachers on practicum.This is a Fixed Term Position for one year. candidates will have either a Master’ or, preferably, a Doctoral degree (or be working towards one), will be research-active, and willing to make a contribution to the academic community of the School of Education.
