We have a full-time (37.5 hours) permanent position available located in our Wellington Office .

Te T?ao T?w?hi?- Volunteer Service Abroad (VSA) is New Zealand's largest and most practiced volunteering agency working within international development. We partner with businesses, governments and organisations located here and abroad to send volunteers on overseas assignments. Te ?hua o Te T?runga - The nature of the position
In this function, you will get the opportunity to engage with our stakeholders to tell their stories, and tell the impact of our volunteers and partners internationally. Your engaging communications will reflect the VSA brand and maintain the mana of the people we work with.
As a key member of our small tight-knit Marketing and Communication team, you will get to work across a range of platforms, providing data-driven advice, support and delivery of our communication planning and campaigns. You will be co-leading the management of our social and digital platforms, and collaborating as a team on multiple projects.
This is a rare, broad and varied marketing and communications function, with a strong communications component, and room to grow the function.

We are seeking for someone that believes in the mahi and vision we are trying to achieve, and who shares our values.
As our Marketing and Communications Advisor, you will ideally have:
   » Strong story writing practice and the capability to create content across a wide variety of platforms.
   » Digital nous across a range of channels and the capability to execute effective marketing campaigns.
   » The capability to connect and engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
   » And preferably a degree in a significant field.
We are pursuing Somebody with at least three years' practicein a similar function , who is flexible and adaptable in an evolving environment.
