Duties/ Responsibilities: » Ensure all tasks are carried out in a safe manner. » Remove diesel components from chassis in preparation for conversion to electric. » Carry out light fabrication (drilling holes, grinding etc.) » Utilise mobile crane to lift heavy components into vehicle. » Follow assembly instructions and guidance from EV workshop staff. » Carry out tasks to a high standard. » Provide feedback and progress information to EV workshop staff. » Record time spent on various tasks to assist with future planning. » Maintain a professional image of the company and always deliver high quality customer service. » Ensure all tools and equipment used in the performance of work is safe to use & stored in a clean & correct manner. » Ensure workspace is kept clean. » Complete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required. To progress further, you must demonstrate the following: » Ability to pass a drug test. » Restricted going onto full class 1 license. » No pending criminal convictions » Reliable transport to get to and from work.
