Executive adjunct:Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service CommissionJob description:Job DescriptionTe Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission leads the public sector to make a positive difference for New Zealand and New Zealanders.The System and Agency Performance Group (SAPG) provides critical support to Te Kawa Mataaho in its interactions with public service chief executives and their agencies. SAPG leads the management of chief executive appointments, remuneration, performance management, development and succession, and provides guidance on fees and appointments for Crown bodies. The function will manage the diaries of 5-6 busy executives and ensure that they are appropriately prepared for and supported in their day to day activities. this function is responsible for a wide variety of administrative, secretarial, coordination and research tasks. this function requires a high degree of independence, discretion, judgement, initiative and self-discipline, working effectively with other Executive adjuncts and senior leaders.
