We are seeking a success-driven leader to manage our Auckland City branch, focusing on recruitment within multiple industry sectors across white-collar business lines in temporary staffing. As the Branch Manager, you will report to Senior Business Manager and manage operations within the branch. You will be a representative of the company and is expected to demonstrate the company core values Team Spirit, Entrepreneurship, Customer Focus, Responsibility and Passion.

About The Role
You will lead the growth of your team through coaching and development to achieve business goals, exceeding the needs of clients, candidates, and colleagues. You will also work to ensure that the best practice is being followed with relation to Adecco's policies and procedures including OH&S requirements to achieve our company's business strategy and goals. In addition, your responsibilities are to
   » Actively promote the Adecco branch as well as the services in the market
   » Develop tenders and proposals for new clients as required along with supporting the requirements of existing clients
   » Actively attract new clients and candidates using a variety of different means
   » Ensure that the clients and candidates receive quality care at all times in their dealings with Adecco
   » Develop, present and deliver recruitment methodologies that are tailored to client's needs and are delivered in accordance with all compliance requirements and SOP process by Adecco
   » Engage in proactive business development strategies
   » Meeting all budgets and ensuring knowledge and control of the branch P&L
   » Forecast accurately all business measure for the branch for budgeting purposes
About You
   » 5 years relevant industry experience and exposure to business model
   » Energetic individuals, who are looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.
   » Operational recruitment industry experience with customer and result focused
   » Previous people management experience
   » Understanding of business processes including compliance and operational and business needs
