Daily responsibilities will range across: » Operating various production areas, monitoring, recording and leading all processes to ensure quality and efficiency. » Ensuring orders are made on time. » Always maintain health and safety standards » Clean down and maintenance of equipment that meets QC and machine maintenance requirements. » Areas of production; Pallet repair, crate wash and outer crate bay About you To be successful in this role, you will demonstratable technical skills with an interest in production equipment. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as an aptitude for numerical calculations. In addition to this, you will be: » Physically fit with the ability to safely carry out manual handling tasks as required » Self-motivated and able to work autonomously within a team » Able to prioritise, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy » A commitment to safe work practices and a belief that all injuries are preventable » Good communicator with a social and collaborative working style. » Good problem-solving skills. » A genuine team player. » Reliable » Attention to detail » Ability to pass a drug test » Clear criminal record » Full license and car » Osh and F endorsement would be an advantage Must have be a citizen or resident to be considered for this role.
