In this role, key responsibilities include conducting thorough health evaluations and actively participating in the development of individualized care plans. The position involves administering medications and overseeing treatments in strict adherence to Aged Residential Care Contracts and industry standards. Additionally, the role requires providing leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff, fostering an environment that promotes continuous improvement. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential to ensure holistic and patient-centered care. Furthermore, contributing to initiatives focused on quality improvement and actively participating in the development of policies are integral aspects of this position.
