In the role of Plant Manager, you will play a pivotal and influential role in leading and managing the 180 Operations team in New Zealand. Key Responsibilities: »Lead the Operations team, overseeing health & safety, quality/food safety, manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, people and culture, planning & purchasing, and onsite warehousing. »Utilize a site balanced scorecard to measure performance against areas of responsibility and financial delivery, ensuring operational excellence. »Establish and execute site strategy aligned with the business strategy to support the growth and expansion of 180 products and business. »Understand and implement TAG policies, procedures, standards & values at the 180 facility. Qualifications and Experience: »Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment. »Strong understanding of health & safety, quality/food safety, manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance. »Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. »Strategic thinker with the ability to align site strategy with overall business goals. »Familiarity with TAG policies, procedures, standards, and values. Additional Skills: »Leadership skills - leading and managing a multidisciplinary team to deliver against a strategy and key performance metrics. »Experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food industry. »Ability to develop a strategy, action plan, and deliver in preparation for the long term. »Interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence team members and stakeholders. »Strong action orientation to ensure the delivery of results. »Handling day-to-day challenges and issues, as well as meeting strategy delivery expectations. »Fast-paced and agile decision-making in response to changing external elements and requests from stakeholders. »High level of autonomy in leading the multidisciplinary site team with technical support and expertise remotely located.
