We are seeking a passionate and experienced Structural Steel Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced and exciting atmosphere.
Job Description: As the Structural Steel Project Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure the profitability of the construction process through effective project management. This includes meeting key milestone timelines, coordinating the build to meet our company's quality standards, and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
   » Cultivate a culture of excellence through continuous improvement and achievement.
   » Manage multiple projects from detailing through to logistics and completion.
   » Oversee all aspects of structural steel construction, collaborating with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
   » Coordinate on-site resources, including trades, suppliers, and contractors.
   » Effectively communicate site-related progress, address issues, and follow escalation procedures to relevant parties.
   » Report to the Management team, providing assistance in mentoring junior staff on technical and professional standards, while being supported by a highly experienced operations team.
   » Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Health and Safety targets.
   » Participate in personal development and training opportunities.
