About the Role: We are currently seeking a qualified Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the finances of assigned entities by providing essential information, advice, and support. Building strong relationships with leaders and staff is vital, as it positions you as a trusted business partner. Your proactive approach ensures that our Finance team and related services are acknowledged for their exceptional quality and reliable advice. Skills & Experience: If you are a qualified chartered accountant with mastery in resilience and a great sense of humor, you might be the ideal candidate we are looking for. We value: » Strong numerical skills and competent reconciliation ability. » Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and competency in Microsoft Word. » Experience in effective communication at all levels, both written and verbal. » Proven planning ability to manage time and competing workload pressures. » Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels. » A can-do attitude and a sense of humor. Responsibilities: » Establish and maintain effective business partnering relationships with entity leaders, managers, and staff. » Provide comprehensive, customer-focused, and accurate financial reports, analysis, and information to support effective business decisions. » Develop reliable annual forecasts in collaboration with entity leaders on a monthly basis. » Provide accurate costings for new and existing services in a format understandable to service and entity managers.
