The successful candidate will need to » Provide clinical leadership and management oversight across Nurses, care and auxiliary teams » Ensure excellent care of all residents » Compassion, empathetic attitude » Developed and lead a successful happy team » Motivate the team to develop and upskill, continue to grow » Adhere to all clinical polices and procedure Benefits: » Competitive pay rates with additional unique benefits » Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Empathetic and be a good communicator » Know how to keep improving systems and procedures.
