About The Role You will provide the branch in East Tamaki with appropriate numbers of work-ready and compliant temporary associates. As a Resource Consultant, this extends to the manner in which Adecco is represented and includes a professional approach toward Adecco's candidates, clients, colleagues and shareholders in terms of selling and delivering recruitment service. In addition, your responsibilities are to » Proactively attract, identify, induct and ensure compliance of quality candidates to ensure quality pool of candidates. » Maintain regular contact with active candidates seeking roles. » Write and place effective job advertisements in appropriate media. » Interact with clients as required to support consultants and branch activity and attend client visits as required. » Ensure that fill rates in the branch are kept at the required level. » Support the branch as required by consultants and branch manager About You » Previous experience in recruitment industry is highly regarded but not required. » Experience in service industry is highly desirable. » Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. » Exceptional ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. » Interest in expanding career in recruitment or utilizing your industry knowledge to transfer the skills into recruitment. » You are exceptionally motivated, and target driven, using these tools to thrive in challenging environments.
