As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents. You will lead and inspire a team of dedicated nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the highest standards of clinical practice and resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
   » Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
   » Lead and develop a team of nursing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
   » Assess resident care needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
   » Provide clinical leadership and expertise, ensuring the effective management of resident health issues, medication administration, and wound care.
   » Act as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers, advocating for the holistic well-being of our residents.
Qualifications:
   » Registered Nurse qualification with current practicing registration.
   » Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within the aged care sector.
   » Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
   » Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff.
   » A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for providing person-centered care.
