About the function This Senior BA function rolls into PM responsibilities and is ideal for an practiced BA looking to ultimately step up and gain some solid PM practice. The organisation is of SME size, but the number of projects underway are significant! You will work with a broad range of stakeholders, both internal and external, on projects of technology nature, but also bring to bear your analytical and documentation skills to projects of a community, environmental, and well-being nature. This is what makes this function so interesting and varied. You'll apply your analytical skills to projects end-to-end, from design stage through to implementation, and utilise proven tools and methodologies to do so. Important are project updates well-communicated, and deadlines being adhered to. Established project plans and KPIs are already in place and you will be expected to maintain these, update these requirements, and deliver expected results. In addition, your responsibilities will extend to website and social media content input and technical support to ensure the technical side of communications are well-honed. About you You'll most likely be tertiary qualified and Information technology would be ideal if you had further education around project management. In addition, you'll have practice with the tools that support the skills you'll bring to the function, and your application of these will be to business best practice. You'll also possess exemplary communication skills, both in verbal and written form, and be commercially astute. If you have some staff management practice, that would be valuable. Because media will come under your area of responsibility, expertise and practice in this area will be a distinct advantage. In addition, expertise and practice of working in an Iwi organisation is desirable, as is proficiency in Te Reo, although mandatory is expertise and respect of Maori Tikanga. compensates: This is quite a unique function that ?roves? across many areas of the organisation and offers great variety and practice.
