Background
Be part of a sector-wide business transformation technology programme of work; with multiple opportunities for practiced Training Specialists. The Opportunity We require Training Specialists (two functions) with highly attuned expertise in the full end-to-end training function; scope, plan, instructional design, develop and able to deliver significant and engaging training for new technical systems and work processes, Oracle EBS practice would be advantageous. With the programme currently in ?flight', our client has built a Learning and Change training team. They have developed an innovative approach to training that will deliver to a wide variety of adult learning styles and ensure the benefits of training delivers the adoption and enduring change in behaviour in the end-users of the new technology system. Requirements We are seeking for practiced contractors, with a unique blend of innovative practice, able to work within a fluid and dynamic environment, with outstanding interpersonal communication expertise able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders. You must be resilient, able to work under pressure and at a fast pace within a complex sector, bring strong training practice and understand adult learning principles and learning methodologies. Minimum of 8+ years of practice required within a similar technology change programme, as you will need to be able to ?hit the ground running', and have pending availcapability in the next few weeks.
