About the function

In this function you will be responsible for working with the FMIS Product Lead and Project Manager and Finance Managers to review and analyse the business intentions, services, process and information needs. This position sits in the Finance Systems Modernisation Project team.

tasks

• Act as a conduit between the business units, organisational stakeholders and Project/IT delivery teams
• contact with key stakeholders to develop to understand and analyse how the business is doing
• Review and analyse the business in terms of its business services, business processes, organisational structure
• broad stakeholder engagement activities to improve existing organisational structure, existing business services and service delivery

expertise & practice

• significant tertiary degree or equivalent knowledge, expertise and practice
• practice and or knowledge of financial business processes and systems
• practice working with stakeholders to develop and elaborate business requirements
• Sound knowledge of the constitutional principles and legal processes.
• Building a deep knowledge of the business goals and needs
