Job Opportunity: Farmhand Kerikeri:Job description:Farmhand KerikeriPayment: Accommodation & Paid (25.00)Job location: Bay Of Islands Region: Northland & Bay of Islands practice: No practice Necessary Listing Added: 23/08/2022 We are pursuing a motivated and fit outdoorsy person to join us on our family run dairy farm in the Bay Of Islands. You’d be someone who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty, understands the importance of milk quality, and cares about animals.This is a physical job, so you will need to have a good level of fitness. The job is for a minimum of 2 months (September/October) but we have work available until mid December. . The main job is milking the cows morning and afternoon but other jobs on the farm will include calf feeding, repairs and maintenace, fencing and weed control. Average of 35-45 hours/week, paid an hourly rate and a 5 on 2 off roster. Accomodation is a shared house on farm with wifi.
