The stunning 675 seat intimate theatre, with its expansive public and function spaces, hosts a range of performing arts, entertainment and corporate events.We are pursuing an practiced,creative individual with a passion for events. The Event Manager is a pivotal function, with overall responsibility for the prosperous planning, coordination, setup and delivery of events at ASB Waterfront Theatre. We are seeking for a person who can offer: » A passion for the performing arts and events industry. » At least four years' practice in hospitality, conference centre, events industry and/or theatres as an event coordinator/manager or similar function. » Attention to detail second to none and comfort with hands-on operational delivery. » An outstanding customer service attitude. » Highly organised with the capability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks. This is a full-time, permanent function which includes some evenings and weekends.
