The Company This organisation is a highly respected organisation who focus on growth and development of their staff, You will be working with motivated, passionate practiced colleague who support and help each other. The organisation is well known around the world, they are passionate about supporting kiwi businesses and non for profits. They are hoping to employ a contractor ASAP while they recruit for the permanent position. this function covers 3 offices; therefore, travel will be required once/twice a month. This will be paid for by the organisation. Your tasks will include; • Providing a high level of service, advice, guidance and coaching to managers on people related matters including ER, performance, talent, rem and change management. • Develop and improve HR policies, processes, and procedures. • Get involved with projects and strategies. • Provide leadership abilities and support across the organisation. • Excellent verbal and written communication expertise. • High organisational expertise and capability to prioritise. • Friendly approach and commitment to work. expertise & practice • A sound HR generalist with a minimum of 5 years’ practice and a working expertise of HR practices and New Zealand employment legislation • Tertiary qualification within HR or similar • capability to start ASAP What’s on Offer?
