We have acouple of functions available The function - Reception Are you a customer service SUPERSTAR? Are you one of those people that when you enter a room, Information technology just lights up instantly? When you smile – is Information technology that everyone else just can’t help but smile back? We are seeking for practiced Receptionists to welcome our guests and make Picton a special place. You really go out of the way to do anything to make their stay one to remember! You will deliver a range of front-line reception services at Te Anau Holiday Park, ensuring that all enquiries, bookings, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out effectively and courteously. You must be able to deliver a consistently high level of customer service, at all times, displaying a friendly, valuable manner, in order to maximize customer satisfaction and develop positive customer relations which may lead to repeat business. You must have practice (or the capability to quickly master) in booking systems, New Book would be advantageous. The function - Guest Services We are seeking for practiced housekeepers/cleaners to come and make Picton a special place for our guests this season. Tasman Holiday Parks - Te Anau is the gateway to Milford Sound and a paradise for nature lovers and outdoor adventures. You will be responsible for cleaning and servicing of rooms in preparation for our guests to arrive. You must have a high standard and excellent attention to detail.
