With reliable clients on their books, especially government clients, they are seeing workload expand and now requires the need for a competent intermediate to come on board and join the team. This project is a site located traditional contract client design, a school circa $15m. this function has high visibility and is viewed as critical in the development of the client relationship. You will be managing subcontractors, managing and processing variations, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations. Also included is some estimating and tendering work. this function would suit an applicant with at least 5 years of commercial main contractor QS practice, including design and build practice and with significant tertiary qualifications. You are a natural communicator and build relationships at all levels with ease.
