The Talent Group provides human resource management across ACC. We partner closely with our internal customers to deliver products and solutions that continue to make ACC an even better place to work, as well as ensuring our people have access to better and simpler information, resources and processes.
About the function
The Talent Advisor position sits within the Talent Advisory team, where no two days are ever the same. We are the first point of contact for Talent Group customers, providing advice on a range of subjects from performance management to employment terms, to organisational change, to onboarding new employees – the function is varied and so are our customer’s needs. Our job is to ensure our customers have the right tools and advice, at the right time so they can do things in the right way for our people and the business. There’s a great mix of face to face, telephone and email interaction with our customers so you’ll be able to show your flair for customer service across all channels.
Key responsibilities of the function and what you need to be prosperous will include the following:
   » A generalist HR background and a desire to build on your existing HR and ER knowledge
   » An knowledge of the importance of getting things right the first time, leveraging relationships to find solutions and an capability to work professionally and conscientiously under pressure
   » An capability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
   » Exceptional communication expertise are essential, along with an capability to lgain new systems quickly
