Customer Care Specialists Needed! Temporary Position
- Entry level function! Anyone can do!
- $25 an hour- Working 5 days in the week
- North Shore Location- Beautiful modern office and great team!

Out client works in the Healthcare sector and provides health services all over New Zealand. Working with a range of partners in local and central government, this company prioritises effective and efficient Healthcare to all in New Zealand.
About the function
In this function you will managing the incoming phone calls and emails. This is an entry level function with plenty of opportunities to develop and grow. You would be speaking with a range of people who may be struggling or in need of assistance. You must be calm and able to reassure people if Information technology is needed. Every phone call will be different and there will be lots of variety.
What is involved
- You are required to work 5 days on a rolling roster- sometimes weekend work but you would always have two days off
- Answering calls and emails that come into the practice
- Working on the phone with customers to help provide the best outcome
About you
- Must have excellent communication expertise
- A background in customer service or call centre is beneficial but not required
- Must have a great phone manner and be happy to answer queries
- Must be resilient, empathetic, and able to manage hardship situations
