Reporting to the National Property Manager, you’ll be joining a small efficient property team delivering results to our nationwide business, developing and implementing ACC’s property strategy, and accommodation plan (short, medium and long term). You’ll be managing end-to-end property projects and leading property related projects, including the interlinking components of construction projects. We are seeking for Somebody with the following: » practice in managing end-to-end property projects and leading property related projects within a large complex corporate environment » practice in leading flexible workspace change management » The capability to manage key relationships and influence and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders. » knowledge and proficiency with project management tools and automated tools for scheduling, resource balancing and time recording, e.g. Microsoft Project The opportunity We believe our Properties team has a strong, well regarded reputation, so the opportunity is there for you to shine. we At Presenthave some new builds underway and office relocations with moves to flexible workspaces and we’d look to you to get involved in these.
