I need someone to build a variety of things - casually. 
The jobs I need doing are:
- reclad some rotten boards in an old villa
- replace some stumps on some steps of a deck and put new top boards on the steps.
Someone who is a qualified builder in their own country with 3 years plus practice would be appropriate.
