We have a great opportunity for you to join our team as our Relationship Manager Maori Health. This is a newly created relationship function to support collaboration between key agencies and ACC, building and managing strong relationships to support the delivery of ACC and other agency services. You will be the conduit with ACC and the Kaupapa M?ori Panel, iwi, wh?nau, and our client contributors.
Our team is focused on changing the way we respond to the needs of wh?nau and creating a more equitable ACC for M?ori, we will be working closely with M?ori organisations and communities to explore what good services and results look like now and in the future.
Some of the important Mahi you will be involved in the following:
   » Work in partnership with the M?ori Health Services team to support and implement our M?ori health service management model
   » Work in partnership with local iwi to promote Kaupapa M?ori providers
   » Lead the coordination and facilitation of ACC’s contribution to the Kaupapa Maori panels to assess and evaluate potential Kaupapa M?ori providers being established in the regions
   » Collaborate with other key agencies to support in the establishment and continuing service delivery of new Kaupapa M?ori providers
   » Build strong internal relationships and share information with other key business units across ACC
What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function:
   » Demonstrated significant practice in M?ori health and service design
   » Senior level practice with leading and implementing M?ori and cultural development frameworks within a complex organisation
   » Good knowledge of Te Reo and Tikanga with a deep knowledge of Maori culture, values alongside strong Iwi networks
   » Knowledge of matauranga and capability to provide m?tauranga M?ori guidance
   » Excellent communication and relationship management expertise.
   » You are a team player, particularly in the context of a multi-disciplinary, cross-sector partnership environment
   » Highly organised and able to manage and prioritise work, including managing stakeholder expectations
