We are currently seeking practiced project coordinators  for an exciting upcoming assignment!
   » Temp function starting ASAP-End of July
   » $55.00-$65.00 depending on practice
   » Government agency

Day to day tasks would involve:
   » Coordinating meetings including minute taking and drafting agendas
   » Drafting and formatting reports
   » Scheduling and supporting the management of a project timeline
   » Exposure to budgets, costings, invoice/expense processing
   » Document control including creating and editing documents
The prosperous candidate will:
   » practice with project tracking and managing risks/issues
   » Confident with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Visio
   » Highly regarded Internal/External stakeholder engagement
   » Exceptional written and verbal communication expertise
   » Strong time management and organisational expertise

   » Have a significant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
