About the function:
 
This is an exciting function working for a leading Software company in the Bay of Plenty.  The Application Support Analyst's primarily focuses is on providing product support to customers and contributing to product maintenance and customer training.  You will be collaborating internally with developers and product owners.
 
Our client is open to someone who has been in a dedicated software function or a junior developer keen to do support for 12 to 18 months before moving into their development team.
 
About you:
   » Application Support
   » Manage incoming calls and emails in a timely and effective resolution for end-user issues
   » Contribute to problem resolution
   » Supporting software installations as required  
   » Excellent analytical and critical thinking expertise
   » Strong motivational and empowerment expertise
   » Design, develop and deliver customer training programs
   » Previous software support practice desirable but not essential
   » Excellent written and presentation expertise
