About the function:
   » Taking high volumes incoming calls
   » Assist customers with queries, telephonically and via email
   » Processing bookings
   » Assist with billing issues
About you:
   » Previous contact centre practice advantageous
   » Excellent customer service practice
   » capability to work flexible roster hours, including some weekend work
   » Basic computer expertise including the capability to navigate around a computer
   » Own Reliable transport
