Our client provides telecommunications and ICT services across Australia and New Zealand. They are a trusted partner to leading telecommunication and ICT network providers who have recently been through some exciting new changes.
About the function
We are seeking for an enthusiastic individual who is motivated and target-driven to join the Auckland-located team. In this function you will be required to manage a number of tasks at various times which include;
   » Receiving inbound and outbound calls
   » Delivering exceptional customer service with a solution-focused mindset
   » Quickly respond to emails from internal and external customers
   » Schedule appointments between customers and telecommunication clients
   » Validate and dispatch ticketed work to the team in the field
   » contact with all workgroups to ensure services are delivered on time and meet expectations
