You'll have the opportunity to support and lead key projects focused on continuous improvement, change management and other exciting HR initiatives at a dynamic, complex government organisation.Developing close working relationships with managers at all levels and position yourself as a valued and trusted HR Advisor will be key. Mentoring our adjunct HR Advisors to build team capcapability will also be a big part of your function. You'll collaborate with the wider HR group and draw on the expertise of our HR experts to develop broader HR skills. Skills and practice You're passionate about partnering with people and wish to develop your HR career. You bring innovation and a good level of generalist practice to provide an exceptional customer practice.
