We contract staff on various orchards around the Poverty Bay area. We have 10 factory positions available for graders - grading sweetcorn/maize. Start date will be from 5 March 2021 Training will be provided. prosperous candidates will need to be honest, hardworking and reliable and be able to work as a team or independently unsupervised. Own transport preferred, but not essential, as transport can be arranged. Must be able to be in Gisborne for an interview before 1st March and able to stay in Gisborne for the duration of the job, approximately 8 -10 weeks. candidates for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa (SSE visas accepted) Starting rate will be $20.00 plus 8% holiday pay (Total $21.60) with capability to gain bonus rate depending on relicapability and performance. The job will be on average 45 hours a week, Monday-Sunday. Hours of work will be between 7a m-5pm , crop-dependent. The factory is located at Makaraka, Gisborne.
